Museum of Appalachia

The Museum of Appalachia is nestled on 65 beautifully landscaped acres and is "the most authentic and complete replica of pioneer Appalachian life in the world".  Featuring dozens of authentic log structures, an extensive craft, gift, and antique shop, a restaurant, an Appalachian Hall of Fame building, and a large display building.


Hours: Open daily, 8-5.  Closed Christmas Day.
