Women's Basketball Hall of Fame

Like any Hall of Fame, there are displays with memorial items and plaques recognizing Hall of Fame inductees for their achievements.  But there's more than that.  At one end of the Hall of Fame building is a basketball 30 feet tall and weighing 10 tons.  Inside the Hall of Fame is a sculpture called "Honor the Past, Celebrate the Present, Promote the Future".  That's because there are three players — one from the past, complete with her middie blouse and bloomers; another from the present, wearing a USA Basketball uniform; and the third from the future, a young girl dribbling a basketball between her legs.

Also featuring a film about the history of women's basketball, timelines of critical events, a replica of an old locker room, unique memorabilia, a real basketball court, photo ops, and more.
