McClung Museum: Family Day: Civil Rights—The Journey Continues
Join us for a family day featuring the new exhibition, For All the World to See: Visual Culture and the Struggle for Civil Rights. We will have special guests from the community sharing their own experiences of the Civil Rights movement in Knoxville during the 1940s–1960s as well as performances from a local church, the School of Music, and various community groups. All materials will be provided. The program is free and open to the public. Reservations are not necessary.
