Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day: Free Admission

Free Admission at Participating Museums! Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket. The Museum Day ticket provides free admission for two people on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Area participants include:

American Museum of Science and Energy, 9 AM – 5 PM
Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge, 10 AM – 4 PM
Knoxville Museum of Art, 10 AM – 5 PM
Mabry-Hazen House, 10 AM – 3 PM
Museum of East Tennessee History, 10 AM – 4 PM
Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, 10 AM – 5 PM
