Call for Artwork for the Annual Members Show, December 1-15, 2023
Please plan to submit work for our annual Members Show at the Emporium! Important points to note:
1) Populate the entry form at end of page (below).
2) Delivery date
Please bring up to two original works to the Emporium Center on Monday, November 27, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All artwork should go downstairs into the lower gallery. Set it against a blank wall or on a table.
3) Show requirements
*The Members Show will be on display throughout the entire Emporium in December.
*The show is open to INDIVIDUAL members of the Arts & Culture Alliance only. (Not a member? Join now!)
*There is no fee to participate for current individual members. Commission on sales is 25% (20% for check/cash).
*One or two works from each member will appear in the show, depending on space. Every member who delivers work will have at least one piece included!
*Works must have been created within the last two years and not shown previously in the Emporium galleries. Original works only, open to all 2-D and 3-D media (such as painting, watercolor, pastel, drawing, sculpture in any medium, jewelry, collage, printmaking, photography and digital media). Artwork created in whole or in part using any artificial intelligence system is not eligible.
*PLEASE NOTE: 2-D works must be wired to hang to accommodate our hanging systems.
*Please prep work by including your name and artwork title on the back of the piece.
3) The First Friday reception is Friday, December 1, 5-9 PM
4) Parking/unloading options

5) Show dates
December 1-15, 2023. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturdays (December 2 & 9), 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Numerous private events occur throughout the month of December on weeknights and weekends. Please note: the Emporium is closed to the public from Monday, December 18, 2023 – Monday, January 1, 2024 for maintenance and the holidays.
6) Pick up at end of exhibition
Please pick up all work on Tuesday, January 2, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
