GO! Contemporary Dance Works will celebrate its 21st anniversary with this outdoor performance. Perpetual Motion brings together inter-disciplinary choreographic works by some of the most experimental dance-makers in Knoxville and will premier a new work by award winning New York choreographer Tracie Stanfield. Stanfield is a faculty member at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway. Also presenting new work for GO! is Fredrick Davis, an accomplished former principal dancer with Dance Theatre of Harlem.
With a roster of 50 pre-professional and professional dancers, GO! celebrates a 21-year journey of art, family and connection with this performance. Mixing new with the old, GO! brings back to the stage favorites such as Unshaken by Denise Njuguna, Trifecta by Darby O’Connor-Lanigan and Revivification by Laura Shields.

Perpetual Motion will include a pre-show event with live music by Mal Nombre and free refreshments beginning at 7 PM for ticket holders. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased by phone or online and then picked up at Studio Arts for Dancers or will call at the Amphitheatre. All seating is general admission.
