Tennessee Stage Company: Shakespeare on the Hill: Much Ado About Nothing

Present Thursday-Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2 PM. The company will present the Bard’s much beloved play, “Much Ado About Nothing” in collaboration with Mabry-Hazen House. The play will take place on the grounds of the historic house museum. Evelyn Hazen, the last of the Mabry-Hazen family to live in the house, was very fond of Shakespeare’s works and the house museum preserves many of her books, papers, and writings about the Bard. Attendees are urged to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and other ways to enjoy this open-air show. Refreshments and light concessions will be available for purchase. Doors open thirty minutes before the show.

Individual Tickets: $15, group rate of four tickets: $50. Neighborhood Resident Ticket: $10 with proof of 37915 or 37916 zip code, to be purchased at the Mabry-Hazen House Office or at the door of the event. All Children Under 6 Are Free, and up to three children (up to age 15) may attend for one penny per paying adult.
