The Muse Knoxville: Summer Camps

Dates: June 5-9 and July 24-28
Time: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 12 PM and 1-4 PM

June 5-9
Kids in Space, Ages 7-8
Campers will learn the basics of astronomy by observing the night sky in our Planetarium and learn about the history and future of space flight as they design vehicles for space exploration.
Awesome Oceans, Ages 7-8
Hop on board for an overview of the biological and environmental aspects of the ocean: ecosystems, animal adaptions, and anatomy.

July 24-28
Intro to 3D Printing, Ages 9-13
Students will learn the basics of 3D printing and additive manufacturing in this introductory camp. Using their own laptops or iPads, students will design simple 3D objects with beginner design software.
Awesome Oceans, Ages 9-11
We will inspire and enrich our campers with a variety of marine science labs including dissection labs, build a coral reef, and Gyotaku (Japanese fish print)!

Age range: 7 – 13.
Cost: Range from $85 – $115; $20 non-refundable registration fee per camp
